UV Ring and Low Angle Ring Lights

Ultraviolet spectrum lights have a peak emission wavelength of 365nm. Benefits of ultraviolet lights are improved image recognition at high contrast and clarity of surfaces compared to the visible light spectrum.

Applications include differences in the scattering rate for photography, CCD cameras supporting the UV range, detection of dust or dirt on glass surfaces and CCD devices, and scanning the image of QR codes.
